1. مقدمة وطبيعة العلاقة
1. Introduction & Nature of Relationship
تهدف هذه الاتفاقية إلى تنظيم العلاقة بين منصة بوصلة (Busla) وأي شخص يتم قبوله للانضمام إلى فريقها الداخلي كمساهم أو متطوع. بموافقتك على هذه الوثيقة، أنت تقر صراحة بأن انضمامك هو عمل تطوعي بالكامل.
This agreement regulates the relationship between the Busla platform and anyone accepted into its internal team as a contributor or volunteer. By agreeing, you explicitly acknowledge that your participation is entirely voluntary.
- لا يترتب على الانضمام أي التزام مالي من المنصة تجاه المتطوع.
- Joining does not entail any financial obligation from the platform towards the volunteer.
- لا تنشأ عن هذه الاتفاقية أي علاقة توظيف، شراكة قانونية، أو عقد عمل ملزم.
- This agreement does not create any employment relationship, legal partnership, or binding labor contract.
2. نطاق المسؤوليات والالتزام المهني
2. Scope of Responsibilities & Professionalism
يتم تحديد مهامك بناءً على المسار الذي قُبلت فيه (إدخال محتوى، مراجعة طلبات، إدارة أدوات النظام). بصفتك فرداً من فريق بوصلة، يُتوقع منك:
Your tasks are assigned based on your accepted role (content entry, reviewing requests, managing system tools). As a Busla team member, you are expected to:
أداء المهام المتفق عليها بجدية وإتقان، والالتزام بالمواعيد قدر الإمكان.
Perform assigned tasks with diligence, and meet deadlines whenever possible.
احترام باقي أعضاء الفريق والطلاب، والحفاظ على السمعة الإيجابية للمنصة.
Respect team members and students, and uphold the platform's positive reputation.
3. إدارة الصلاحيات داخل النظام
3. System Privileges Management
قد يتم منحك صلاحيات إدارية (Admin/Moderator) للقيام بمهامك. يُشترط التزامك التام بما يلي:
You may be granted administrative privileges (Admin/Moderator). You must strictly adhere to the following:

استخدام الصلاحيات حصرياً لأغراض العمل المكلف بها، وعدم استغلالها لأي منفعة شخصية.
Use privileges exclusively for assigned work purposes; never exploit them for personal gain.

عدم الوصول، تصفح، أو تعديل أي بيانات لا تتعلق بمهامك المباشرة (مثل بيانات الطلاب الخاصة).
Do not access, browse, or modify any data unrelated to your direct tasks (e.g., private student data).
4. السرية التامة
4. Strict Confidentiality
الثقة هي أساس انضمامك للفريق. يُمنع منعاً باتاً:
Trust is the foundation of your inclusion. It is strictly prohibited to:
- مشاركة أو تسريب أي من بيانات المستخدمين أو إحصائيات المنصة لأي طرف خارجي.
- Share or leak any user data or platform statistics to any external party.
- نشر أو تصوير آليات النظام، بنيته الداخلية، أو كود البرمجة الخاص ببوصلة.
- Publish or screenshot system mechanics, internal architecture, or source code.
- يستمر هذا الالتزام بالسرية التامة حتى بعد انتهاء فترة تطوعك ومغادرتك للفريق.
- This confidentiality obligation persists even after your volunteer period ends.
5. الملكية الفكرية
5. Intellectual Property
أي محتوى، تصميم، أكواد، أو أفكار يتم إنتاجها لصالح "بوصلة" أثناء فترة تطوعك، تُعتبر جزءاً لا يتجزأ من المنصة ومِلكية خالصة لها. يحق للمنصة استخدامها، تعديلها، أو الاحتفاظ بها مستقبلاً، ولا يحق للمتطوع المطالبة بأي حقوق ملكية أو تعويضات مالية مقابلها.
Any content, design, code, or idea produced for Busla during your volunteer period is an integral part of the platform and its sole property. Busla retains the right to use, modify, or keep it indefinitely. Volunteers cannot claim ownership or financial compensation for these contributions.
6. السلوك غير المقبول وإنهاء العضوية
6. Unacceptable Behavior & Termination
مخالفات جسيمة
Severe Violations
- • إساءة استخدام صلاحيات الأدمن.Abuse of admin privileges.
- • التلاعب ببيانات المنصة أو المستخدمين.Tampering with platform/user data.
- • إساءة التعامل أو التنمر على أعضاء الفريق.Mistreatment or bullying of team members.
الإنهاء والانسحاب
Termination & Resignation
يحق للمنصة إنهاء عضوية أي متطوع وسحب صلاحياته فوراً دون إشعار مسبق في حال ثبوت المخالفة أو الإهمال المتكرر.
Busla reserves the right to terminate any volunteer's membership and revoke privileges immediately without prior notice upon proven violation or chronic negligence.
كما يحق للمتطوع الانسحاب في أي وقت بكل احترام، بشرط إبلاغ الإدارة لتسليم مهامه.
Volunteers may respectfully resign at any time, provided they notify administration to hand over tasks.

بموافقتك على الانضمام وامتلاكك لحساب بصلاحيات إدارية، فإنك تقر بأنك قد قرأت هذه البنود كاملة، وتفهم طبيعة العمل التطوعي، وتوافق صراحة على الالتزام بكل ما ورد فيها. لأي استفسارات أو طلب انسحاب، يتم التواصل المباشر مع مؤسس المنصة:
By agreeing to join and holding an account with administrative privileges, you acknowledge that you have read these terms in full, understand the nature of volunteer work, and explicitly agree to comply with them. For inquiries or to submit a resignation, contact the founder directly:
